With the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, you’ll get an eight-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, with four-wheel drive as an option.

Charging Time

The battery in the Jeep Wrangler 4xe can be charged in around 12 hours with a household-style 120-volt outlet. If you use a 240-volt outlet, it only takes about 2.5 hours. A 120-volt outlet will also get the battery in the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe charged in about 12 hours, but a 240-volt outlet cuts that to only around two.
