I purchased a 2011 Subaru wrx from here bout two months back. Let me start by saying I drove up from Topeka Kansas for this car. I booked an appointment thru Woodhouse's web site for service. I dropped my vehicle off for the appointment using their early bird key dropbox. Was contacted via text/phone when they had questions about the vehicle/services. However, the web site is unclear that this appointment is for the "express" service only. If you need to call the "main" service department. This is to say the least frustrating as Woodhouse Service in general doesn't answer the phone.
Tim was a pleasure to work with. Truck was back ordered for two months but communication was very good.
People were really nice and great to work with, but when I got quoted an oil change I was told $160 and $26 for tire rotation, but when I went to pay it was $240, oh labor is on top of the $160. 🙁 Sid Dillion was $130 for oil change. Thanks.
So I called Woodhouse Dodge and asked about the details on my lease, talked to a salesman and he got my details for me. I had Josh Springer call me and he sent me a vehicle link to look at, we looked a several Trucks before deciding on whe we wanted. I bought a used diesel truck there a month ago. While inspecting the truck they found several expensive issues that needed repaired. Instead of just sending me away with a truck that would cost me thousands of dollars in repairs, they fixed everything, $8000 worth. I have never had a dealership be so honest with me before. They didn't complain at all even though I think they may have taken a loss on the sale. We were very unfortunate to have our drive line break about ten miles from Woodhouse Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Blair, NE. We used 4X4 to limp to the dealership.

We had a great experience with Woodhouse. Sam Coughlin took great care of us. He knew what we wanted and got us in and out in less than 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
The process took to long. 6 hours the first day and 3 hours the second day and still not complete. I'm questioning whether I would go back for another car.

Service was ok but the price for this was outrageous! I know dealers charge more but this was ridiculous but we had no choice but pay the price! I will be thinking about this before ever returning!

My truck needed a software update due to cluster lights staying on, they got me in asap, got me a loaner, service and tire rotation, and put window rain guards on...they found I needed a new cv joint shaft and had me fixed up and back on the road in no time!
My check engine light came on and I called for an appointment. I was able to drop the car off the next day, and they gave me a ride back home. They found a bad part related to my battery and replaced it that day. Problem solved. Great experience.
